Originally from Central Missouri, and a Marketing Communications graduate of Missouri State University, Rob began his career in 1995 as a marketing intern at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
After moving to Orange County, California in 1997, Rob has been a key contributor as a graphic designer, marketing manager, and international marketing communications manager with such major brands as Toyota, Mattel, Kraft, Callaway Golf, ICN Biomedicals, Dane-Elec Memory, Duracell, Disney, and Burger King brands to name just a few.

After a 2-year venture to obtain the exclusive licensing rights, Dane-Elec Memory started producing and selling through major retail channels.
With the economic turn in late 2008 and early 2009, Rob was forced to make a tough decision with his team.
During this time, Rob learned the development of how to grow a small business.
Consulting with several colleagues, and building a small team to expand the multi-channel marketing efforts of the newly formed e3 marketing and associates. With Rob’s vast marketing, design, and project management background he quickly started earning a reputation with firms of all sizes as an expert.
