My son bought a few games but the salesperson never told him that his membership was expired. For what he spent, he could have bought the membership and still saved money.I gave him the money that he would gave saved if the cashier did his job.The Columbus District Manager named Nick has been very rude and arrogant to me when he has been in any store have visited. I have contacted and reported this very rude and arrogant man numerous times.Recently he has told the whole Columbus are not to sell to me or my family. If he is doing this to us, I wonder how many other people he is doing it too. Save your money and purchase ANYWHERE else but at Gamestop. This guy has seen me in the store on a number of occasions and he is the one who sold me the pop figures in the first place.
I then said that it is a ridiculous policy to not allow a return of some of the most sought after Funko Pop characters from a megapopular show.
He speaks in a monotone and has the personality of a dying gnat.
I tried to explain that I don’t get out often and he couldn’t care less.
Still have no confirmation that this was ever sent even though I asked them to send a confirmation to my email. I have ordered every year on game stop for the past 10 years and have never had these problems. Reply Had I read the dozens upon dozens of complaints across the Internet that exist concerning dealings with Game Stop I would have been more careful in dealing with them.
Instead of doing research first, I made the mistake of placing an order with them.
